It's really more than overdue that I give you guys a good insight on what I am doing right now, why I have been slow with some commissions etc and what I am planning to do in the near future. So for once you'll get an all art-related journal.
First and foremost let me apologize for being so incredibly slow with getting your icons for
Icons for a Good Cause done, I'll show you the reason in a few lines. None of the icons are forgotten, I will try to create at least one or two more this week still. I am really more than sorry that it is taking me so long, so please accept my sincere apologies.
The reason why I haven't really been uploading anything but a scattered icon here and there for almost a month now is this:
It's a very small sneak-peek of my next upload which should hopefully still be done by the end of this week. Keep in mind that what you see here is barely 1/100 of the actual image, so there's lots more to come. The work includes several of my weaknesses such as human anatomy, outline styles and mechanical elements so you can understand why it's taking me so freakin' long to complete it. BUT I had to challenge myself with this and I believe I have already learned quite a lot by doing this.
Now as soon as this work will be done I can start with the art trade I still got going on with *
Corealis, which has been planned out in my mind for way too long already anyway. If I can manage to sketch out the gift for my cousin-in-law (that's totally a thing
) *
Cementiet I will do so, otherwise it will follow right after. The trade with *
DreamFutureAis will also be squeezed in there since it's an icon that shouldn't take me ages anyway.
There's also three collabs I got going on but for two of them I need to wait for my partner to finish their (or at least one of their) parts and the third one should be sketched out sometime next week if all goes well.
Once all of that is cleared off my to-do list I've got several things planned.
For one thing, all you Sphere groupies will be happy to hear that I have a new one planned for sometime in December. Yes, you heard right, more Spheres!
But before that I still hope to get some Zelda art done. There's several ideas I've been dragging around with me for more than half a year now and I just HAVE to finally realize them. I'm really more than itching to draw some more Zelda. It's been way too long.
